At M&E Firearms, we want you to be happy with your purchase and comfortable with your firearm. Due
to New Jersey Law we are unable to accept direct returns on your purchase. If you are unhappy with your
firearm purchase, we will gladly buy it back from you within 30 days of your
purchase, for a reduced rate depending on condition and use. If you chose to purchase another firearm from us at the time of buyback, we will give you and extra 10 percent back towards your next purchase. Ammo is non-refundable for any reason.

How do I start the return process?

Please contact M&E within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund if your product is
unused (ammo is non-refundable). A 10% restocking fee may apply for certain items. Firearms can
be bought back, at M&E’s discretion, within 30 days for a reduced refund at the current True Gun Value trade-in rate for used firearms.

How will I get my refund or Credit?

M&E will process your refund or credit immediately after taking possession of the firearm or receiving
the product.
