The answers he was unsure of, he had resources on hand for verification. Additionally he is a certified firearms instructor. The owner gave me invaluable pointers for being on the range. Although I am not a novice, I welcomed the experienced knowledge. Now for my purchase transaction. Because most of my experience was able to be done via phone call and emails until I had to physically show up, I got tailored expert care. Now for the turn around time......I received a phone call from M&E Firearms LLC that my firearm was in their possession 48 hours after he ordered it!!!!! The paperwork was done in advance, and the background check was instantaneous. All I had to do was sign and date and walked out of the office satisfied with the experience and personalized care as a customer. Here is where M&E Firearms LLC gained a long term customer, Ed, one of the owners, felt terrible that my firearm came with two magazines that were not NJ compliant and he couldn't by NJ law relinquish them to me, I totally understood. He calls me an hour later and said; "we had your magazines pinned and now they are permanently NJ compliant, pick them up at your earliest convenience." What a standup thing to do for your customer. So, as a result, I am using M&E firearms as my FFL to facilitate a private transaction. Five stars well deserved.
